K., Director of Global Operations, represented Equilibrium Engineering Consultancy at the event, where they engaged in productive discussions with their esteemed French partner for the United Arab Emirates, ALTEA Energy Management. This high-profile meeting served as a platform to strengthen existing collaborations and explore future opportunities in the nuclear power generation sector.

The courtesy call with ALTEA Energy Management allowed the leadership team of Equilibrium Engineering Consultancy to connect with key clients in the nuclear power industry. Equilibrium Engineering Consultancy (EEC) and Equilibrium Equipment Trading (EET) recently participated in the Local Suppliers Forum conducted at the Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant on Tuesday, 23rd May 2023.  

The event provided great opportunities to interact with end-user and to gain an understanding of the current activities and future development of the Barakah Plant project. It also gave EEC and EET a better understanding of the areas where both companies can support the Plant.  

We appreciate the effort ENEC and Nawah leadership have put in to developing the local supply chain and the support given to local companies and the local economy. The presentations made, and scheduled supplier meetings facilitated during the event, clearly emphasize the commitment to the local supply chain and the importance they place on the In Country Value (ICV) programme.

From 31st October up to 3rd November 2022, Equilibrium Engineering Consultancy successfully participated in ADIPEC 2022.

As part of ADNOC’s ICV programme, all ADNOC suppliers are required to declare their ICV achievement (ICV Certificate). ADNOC requires an annual third-party verification of the numbers of the ICV Certificate to be conducted and has empowered international auditing firms as their certifying bodies to do so

By integrating the ICV criteria into ADNOC’s commercial evaluation process, the company aims to nurture local and international partnerships and opportunities, improving knowledge transfer, and creating job opportunities for UAE nationals. 

Mr Mohammed Sahoo AlSuwaidi, Chairman of Equilibrium Engineering Consultancy, was one of many high-profile guests to speak at the 3rd Tanzania Oil and Gas Congress held in Dar es Salaam on the 2nd and 3rd of October 2019. The Congress attracted industry professionals from across the entire global value chain and was a platform for strategic networking and opportunities to develop and expand business partnerships.

Mr Sahoo AlSuwaidi participated in the opening of the Congress by delivering a Welcome Address to Honourable Ministers, Government officials and distinguished international delegates, including representatives from neighbouring countries working with Tanzania in strategic Oil & Gas projects, such as Kenya, Zambia and Uganda.

Mr Sahoo AlSuwaidi also engaged with prominent government officials including Tanzania’s Minister of Energy, Hon. Dr. Medard Kalemeni. He was also one of select group of VIP guests invited to the residence of the British High Commission to have dinner with the Hon. Sarah Cooke, British High Commissioner to Tanzania and the Hon. Abdulsamad Abdulrahim, acting Chairman of the Association of Tanzania Oil and Gas Service Providers (ATOGS).

Certified Training Course: Setting Priorities & Deadlines - 16th & 17th Nov 2020

As part of our people empowerment, a Time Management Training Course on Setting Priorities & Deadlines was conducted on 16th & 17th Nov 2020 by Mr. Hassan Al Jabry a Certified Manager of Quality and Knowledge and a Human Development Authority Certified Trainer.

The training was fruitful and engaging and was  delivered in two sessions as  In-House Training for employees that were nominated through different disciplines within the company.
