Eng. Petr Zeman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Equilibrium Engineering Consultancy (EEC) since June 2025, bringing with him over 35 years of extensive international experience in engineering, project management, and industrial automation.

Throughout his distinguished career, Eng. Petr Zeman has been a co-owner of multiple engineering companies, where he played a pivotal role as a Leading Project Director and Senior Project Manager. He has successfully led the engineering, design, programming, and execution of large-scale and complex projects across diverse industries and geographies.

His core expertise lies in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), including PLC, SCADA/HMI systems, data archiving, and secure communication systems. He has delivered high-value projects for reverse osmosis desalination plants, water treatment facilities, and life sciences production factories.

Eng. Zeman’s global project portfolio spans across the Czech Republic, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Oman, China, Croatia, Mexico, Algeria, Morocco, Slovakia, and Germany, demonstrating his ability to manage multicultural teams and execute projects in highly demanding environments.

In addition to his technical leadership, he has been actively involved in strategic financial controlling and project optimization, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
